promoting love in all you do
or loving self’s concern

or will you dwell on wickedness
opposing godly views

will there be room for compassion
forgiving everyone
or is hatred buried so deep
that bitterness has won

never wanting to change your ways
the time shall come too soon
that wrath shall fall upon this earth
when evil meets its doom

as Christ foretold so long ago
that day is soon at hand
when the age of grace comes to close
and God will judge the land

where righteousness and justice stands
rebellion is no more
as Christ the King and Lord of all
shall reign for evermore

since now is the time you must choose
a new life or the old
eternity awaits for all
when time shall finally fold
